...nobody rode last weekend, after all ~?
We had an excellent ride in fact. Brick, Scott, Yamadog, Broz, and I. Old 18, 181, 194, Beech Mtn Rd. and THE SNAKE (tar-snake free!) to get to Shady Valley for lunch (ugh). After lunch, we rode up to Damascus, VA passing thru the world famous Backbone Rock--which once served as a railroad tunnel. A short one. Then we hit US58 to Konnarock and over White Top Mtn. down to NC18 and Wilkesboro, where Scott had a flat tire. We fixed it. No biggie. Then it was over Brushy Mtd. Rd. and home. Around 360 miles for us flatlanders. I didn't take many pics--Scott took more. Scott..??
