VIR 2019.jpg

Anyone riding to race?

Riding out May 4 taking rather indirect route and spending night in Eden. Watching race May 5. Riding northwest through Virginia and then down Blueridge parkway home on May 6.

A friend who used to live in Raleigh, now in Carlsbad Ca is running in the twins class. I would like to make it up for that race and others. if I am in LS that weekend, I could meet up with you guys in Morganton.

As we get closer let me know your route. Maybe rally up. Not a long run for me.

Well if the predicted rain comes I will not be riding up to VIR. I’ve walked around the track in the muddy grass many times.

I just looked at the predictions for Alton, VA ... Sunday 80% chance of rain.

Me neither. The forecast I just looked up says rain all day Sunday from Lenoir to VIR.
