Friday March 24 to southern VA

Nice crowd--Broz, Jeff, Brick, Scott, Jay, and me. Rode Brushy Mtn and NC18 to Motley's BBQ for lunch, then a route thru the VA farmlands along the southern edge of Mt Rogers Natl Rec Area, ending up in Fries, Va. along the New River. One of my all time favorite smell-the-roses rides. I even took a few pics this time. I think Broz did also...?

Hey that's the 21 Grocery at Comers rock ! Nice turnout. I have too much going on to get a weekday off right now. I did sneak in some miles on 80 and Double Island today :). Still a bit much gravel on both roads. The high country needs rain badly. My house construction site should be a muddy mess in March but it's dusty.
