MSTA's Mail Pouch Fly-By

NEEDS PICS! <pics> <rdr>

I'm looking forward to riding up 16 to attend this event. It's a very good event and the roads in SW Ohio and West Virginia are Excellent!

NOTE: If you are not and MSTA member and haven't been for at least 5 years you will get a free one year membership when you attend an MSTA event and pay the event fee.

Rooms are on hold under the name of the MSTA. Call the motel to make your room reservation, ask for one of the MSTA rooms on hold. Room reservations are your responsibility. Rate:$72.00 per night, double occupancy (plus tax). Rooms not reserved by August 15, 2014 will be released. Camping is available in the area but no camp sites are on hold.

We rode 1200 miles on the three days. 300 on Saturday. 16 up and back is a hell of a lot of fun.
Living here I had forgotten how good Ohio roads are. The big difference is that the rolling hills create such a different ride. Coming up one you can't really tell which way the road goes on the other side. The tree line and the power lines lie in that the road doesn't follow them either. I have some photos on my other camera not my phone. I'll post them later. 136 members attended. A lot but not a record.
