Porsches on the Roan

Unread postby Bob » Thu Jul 27, 2023 12:51 pm

Scott and I tried Smokey Mtn Bakers in Roan again. Great pizza value, but the place was a disaster. Drink machine out, condiments out, nasty place. But pizzas were great so they get a pass. <dope>

That stinks. They had ants in the tea/water machine last summer. It’s a toasty place when the temps rise, but the pizza is so delicious.

I noticed quite a bit of carryout going on, phone ringing and people picking up orders--I think the locals do that to avoid eating-in. Yep the pizza is very good.

Edit: Oh yeah, Happy Birthday Ken! <claps>
