Friday the 13th!!
Posted: Fri Sep 13, 2013 8:04 pmIt was Friday the 13th, but a very lucky day for 5 of us, because we got to ride in the most beautiful weather I have seen since last June! 
Ed, Brick, Yarbi, Barney, and I rode Old 18/181/BRP/221 to Blowing Rock for lunch at Woodlands BBQ. It was very tasty as always.
Ed and Barney made early departures after lunch back to the flatlands. The remaining 3 of us rode Howard's Creek/Tater Hill Rd., NC88, and Three Top Rd. down to Todd where we took a short break. Then Brick led us down Elk Creek Rd. to 268 where we split and headed home. Great company/roads/food made it a great day! You shudda been there!!
