Well the weather turned out nicer than forecast so we decided that it may be the last chance this year to ride in the Mountains. [THUMBS UP SIGN]

An excellent turnout with 8 bikes and riders. Scott, Bob, Ron, Ken, Adrian, Aiden, Dan and I had a great ride today. Lunch at the Hometown Beer Company. They have a wood fired oven and make great pizza!

Glad we got out!

Great ride--some of the roads were a little "iffy" in places but overall was definitely worth it to hit the high country. Thanks to Brick for clearing the deer out for us. <muaha>

Good seeing everyone and also meeting a few new riders. Very fortunate to be riding good roads with good riders in the mtns of NC in December.
