BMW Boone Rally

You all missed a great rally this weekend. Weather was good, only rained late in the afternoon after we were back at camp. This was my first time at this rally but is is one of the best if not the best rally I have been to. A lot of fun. Don.

Nice pic--is that on Roan Mtn? Clouds in the valleys look cool. Glad the weather co-operated! <thumb>

Hmmmm I thought Big Lynn was the best ever?
What made this so good? Sounds like you camped?

Yep you had to camp at this one which is fine with me. I know some of you don't want to camp so this one wouldn't be for you. I really like the Big Lynn Lodge rally as well. I like the camping ones because it really drives people together so you get to know a lot more people. They also showed movies at night which was a nice touch.

I like the sound of rain on my tent at night. Puts me to sleep. Or at least it did when I used to camp out in Cub Scouts. <muaha>

Now, I need a/c. <whew>
