COFSTA

Brick and I met at 10:00 and took 181 & 221 plus a hodge podge of back roads I couldn't begin to re-create, finally arriving at Motley's around 12:30. The BBQ was tasty as usual. Then we rode north and picked up US58 and set out towards Damascus, dodging some showers and hitting a couple going over White Top Mtn. Then down to Shady Valley and over the Ssssnake where we had to dodge a few more showers around Valle Crucis. The run up 194 to Banner Elk was a blast. Nice cool temps most of the time and the rain really didn't wet the road much at all. I ended it with a run down Old 18 and it was a 450 mile day for me. I slept well.
