Memorial Day Ride
Posted: Sat Jun 03, 2017 9:46 amScott and I had a nice ride on Memorial Day. Took a route through Sulphur Springs to Elkin for a late lunch at 222 on Main (Angry Troll Brewery). The restaurant has very good pizza. They brush truffle oil on the crust. 
I almost had a "get off" on Vashti road. My rear tire crossed a patch of pea gravel in a curve and stepped out, but luckily the TCS cut the engine power and prevented an incident. Scott claims he was dragging his foot pegs around the same curve. After lunch, we rode up around Traphill and Long Bottom before heading home.
