Where to get a seat modded?

I've finally started riding a little after my last major injury. My knees can't take the moderate bend my Guzzi Breva 1100 requires. I can get a little more room with drop pegs or Goldwing pegs but I am certain that will not be enough. I think I need to add some height to it's seat. Do any of you have any recommendations for a shop in the Gastonia/Lincolton/Charlotte area that could do it?

Thanks Bob. I will check with them.
I've done a 1000+ mile day on my Guzzi but now I can do about 20 minutes. If I don't find a couple inches or more of legroom for it, I'll have to find it a new home. Getting old and broken down bites...
