Narrower head...

Ok so all my life I wore a size L helmet in all the different brands I've owned. Until... I just got a new Scorpion EXO1200T helmet. Image
I had been shopping for a helmet and even had a "which one should I buy" question on this forum. So I stopped at Iron Pony in Columbus and got the chance to actually try on both of the helmets I was considering. This helmet in a medium fit me very well.
Now to the problem... I wear clear safety glasses in my helmets they help keep wind out of my contact lenses. So this helmet seems to be too snug to allow my safety glasses to fit properly.
Question: any idea where I could find narrow safety glasses?

Most safety glasses I have seen were not designed to wear inside a helmet and are usually "oversized" on the outer parts to provide more..."Safety"..with big frames.

One reason I have always bought a "not-so-snug-fitting" helmet is because I wore glasses and the frames would dig into my head with a properly fitting helmet (always modular). I know, this is no help..... <dope>

You check Revz for glasses designed for under helmets?

Edit: you could always get some plain lens glasses with small frames--not as "safe" but better than nothing.

Another thought: does Scorpion use the same size outer shell for a med and large helmet? If so, you could order a Large helmet liner and cheek pads and the helmet should fit exactly like a large helmet. At least that is the way my Schuberth works. And I have done just that.

I've been satisfied with glasses from Zenni Optical and for your purpose you can get a non-prescription lens. They have just about any size or style you could imagine and their prices are low. http://www.zennioptical.com/

If you don't need corrective lenses, and just wear them to protect your eyes... I pick up the inexpensive smoke/yellow/clear safety glasses at Lowe's or Home Depot; they have several styles, they'll meet ANSI impact standards, and they're cheap enough to shitpail (or shuffle off to "yardwork" duty) once they get a little funky.

Pays to check out several types, as sometimes the flexy temples feel great in the store but are a pain to slip into a tight helmet.

I've got several sets of these from Galls, too and they've been fine:

The flexible kind with elastic straps that hold them in place.

Try a gun store. I bet they have glasses for women and kids that would be smaller.
