Brick, the first link for the pic didn't work but this new one will download the image to your desktop, or wherever your computer places downloads. (or maybe even display it if your computer works better than mine)

Is that the new version or the original Af-twin? Looks old school/cool.

I think that picture is just an artists conception cause Honda sure isn't releasing any info. Between KTM, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Yamaha, BMW, Ducati and Triumph, the adventure touring category is fairly saturated. Honda's entry better be astonishing.

Lee you are probably right but I figure Honda is re-doing the old stuff AND you know it will be very heavy. Honda doesn't seem to remember how to do lite!
Hey, I'm hoping but I'm not goona bet the farm on it being what I want. Plus then there's the Honda price tag... that is ALWAYS big!

Less than 500 pounds, at least 140 at the back wheel, ~7" suspension travel, 200-mile range or better, all the latest electronic marvels, good aftermarket support, a decent luggage option which doesn't look idiotic, around $15k at a dealer who isn't a complete dickhead.

I gotta imagine it will be hard to beat the Super T for a big sophisticated Adv bike, or the Tiger 800 as a mid size for value. And the Vstrom is always a good standby.

And those with deeper pockets are already headed to the KTM/BMW or maybe the Ducati dealer.

Other than name, I see no reason why I would buy the Honda over the others on the market. I feel like Honda is 5 years too late to this game.
