This from RKA luggage... Richard is very opinionated but does have decent prices on the Sena products. AND IMHO the best tankbags around but a bit expensive.

Extra clamps $79.95. They come with THREE mics, Boom, Universal, and full face, the cradle has a port for an MP3 player, port for earbuds, there will be no more broken earbud connectors on the 20S, and an ambient button. The SMH20S uses ONE clamp, the SMH10’s have SIX replacement configurations! This is “more better!” ;-) They have recessed the pin location, it is now protected. ORDER NOW!

Yes … the 20’s more than the SMH10’s at the RKA best price (Which should be the lowest price you can find) but they do SOOOOO much more!!!!

1: Bike to bike range is much better
2: Bluetooth 4.0 is battery saving (13 hours) and fires off the intercom and other changes FAST!
3: Ambient Mode …. Know what that guy or gal next to you in the car is saying ;-)
4: 10 preset FM radio (Personally ….WAY COOL!)
5: Speak “Hello SENA” in standby mode or tap the side of the unit …. And she says “Say a command”! (Personally ….WAY WAY COOL!)
6: Pair up to NINE headsets
7: Say .. Intercom 1, or Intercom 8, or “Group Intercom” and fire up everyone!
8; Share a phone call with your passenger.
9: Pair a NONE SENA headset to your SENA.
10: Have three phone numbers on “Speed Dial”.
11: Audio Multitasking, listen to your music in the background while in intercom mode. With Sensitivity adjustments
12: “Music Sharing”, share your music with your passenger.
13: Voice activated phone Answering.
14: set sidetones (Allows you to hear your own voice, or not)

Since when does "NOT NEEDING" stop us?

But I'm with ya on a lot of this stuff--seems much of the improvements depend on voice commands. I have never been able to make voice commands work properly in a noisy environment. FM radio--big waste.

Edit: what is #3--Ambient mode? Can't quite figure what this does....
