Bum knees (?)

Unread postby Bob » Fri Aug 29, 2014 2:08 pm

Had my first treatment today at Carolina Sports Clinic for my knee flexion contractures http://www.carolinasportsclinic.com/ . Wow. I am very optimistic now. I can straighten both knees enough to where I can walk *almost normally and mostly without pain, although there is still some stiffness. I have a laundry list of stuff to start doing at home and will see them again on Sept. 9 and a few more visits after that. If I am finally able to extend/lock my knees once again, I will be a happy camper. <olfart> I would definitely recommend this place if you have muscle/joint pains. I had gone to Ortho-Carolina in the past and the only thing they know is "you need more surgery". The term "Orthopedic massage" is not in their vocabulary, and I can now see why.

Brick--can't thank you enough for mentioning your orthopedic massage treatments at your local clinic. Thats what got me to thinking about an alternative treatment. <thumb>
