Just got this today--its my latest attempt to short circuit the healing process and get back on 2 wheels asap!!! Its called a Donjoy TROM (total range of motion) Flexion knee brace and (for me) its the greatest thing since sliced bread. Suddenly I can walk *almost normally without feeling like my knee is gonna wobble and fall off my leg, and the pain is minimal. So its back to the gym with this baby to try some elliptical to see if I can get things working right. Maybe in a few days I will be ready.
Man, I can sure empathize with Gary Lackey--don't know how he keeps his sanity being laid up like that---it feels like my life forces are draining away and I'm missing out on life and I'll never get back to where I was and..and..and....
