Whats your STR???

Whats your STR (Sport/Touring Ratio) ? I just made the term up but maybe it can prove interesting in this forum.

I think mine is 55/45. What does that mean? I'd enjoy riding roads like The Snake or Double Island Rd. 55% of the time, and US19W or NC261 over Roan Mtn. 45% of the time. So I'm slightly biased towards the technical twisties, but still love me some high-speed sweepers down a scenic valley.

I know that if I'm leading a ride, it may appear I am closer to 65/35, but I tend to chose roads based on my *perception* of what the REST of the guys like. But I could be wrong! (I usually am, just ask my wife).


So whats YOUR STR? Don't overthink it--you probably already know it but haven't expressed it in a number. Inquiring minds want to know!

Anything that doesn't involve ~5"+ suspension travel is okay with me.

Well, and <1 mile dirt/gravel.

And no cops

Harder part right now is working out a more-favorable W/RR (work to riding ratio).
