Getting old, make that being old hurts!

So today I was putting the rear wheel back on my Shiver after getting a new tire installed. While trying to get the wheel up in the right spot to insert the axle, I pulled a hamstring. Dang I’m old! I did finally get it back together and get the wheel aligned. It took some doing to get up though. Do they still sell those “I’ve fallen and I can’t get up” pendants?
