If the miles are correct, and its been garaged (it looks almost new) I dont think you could go wrong at $3200. But since its an 850, not an 1100, I'd check around for any gotcha's in the engine dept.--the 1100's were pretty good, dunno about 850. Maintenance should be dirt simple. Costly stuff later on would be final drive, dry clutch ($$$$), drive shaft (u-joints). Carbs too.
Make SURE the clutch isn't slipping any. You have to break the bike in half to change the clutch (and replace the rear main oil seal while doing it).
Edit--it may have fuel injection so disregard remarks about carbs if thats the case.
