Prepaid cards when buying tires...

Unread postby Brick » Mon Aug 21, 2017 11:29 am

So I bought some tires and got this prepaid card for $40. I purchased a few things and wondered how much was left on the card. I went to the web site and it said the balance was $.18. Pretty damn close.
But how do you use every cent off the damn thing?

Best to hold on to it for a purchase more than $50 like groceries or a utility bill. Then use the whole card and pay for whatever is left with something else. At one point I pre-paid my Time Warner cable bill ahead, but they are idiots when it came to not charging my auto pay so I decided against that in the future.
