More strange stuff: gps this time

Unread postby flip » Sat Mar 06, 2021 2:50 pm

I seem to have a history of strange or unique things happening to or around me. So, the ride a few days ago was great as has every ride I've been on with you guys. When I split off from the group to head home, I turned on my gps. I tried getting to my saved locations but could not find them. I pulled over to focus on the gps. There were no maps of the area I was in...wtf? So, after I got home, I pl;ugged it up and hit the site for Tomtom updates. The North Americans maps on my gps were corrupted. But, I had maps of Asia! Woo who! I got it sorted out finally. The updating took about 17 hours from the time I figured out exactly what it needed to complete with it plugged into my computer.
