INTRO Jeff from SC

Unread postby 68vette » Mon Jan 11, 2016 4:36 pm

My Name is Jeff currenlty living in Columbia SC
Recently Joined this group looking forward to meeting you guys.

My current ride is a 2013 FJR1300. I got back mid-October from a 52 day, 9000 mile, 24 state solo ride .
Left Columbia SC and went to Vancouver BC what an awesome ride.

If all goes well I plan to ride to Maine this spring with an old buddy.

As a side note, my wife rides a CAN AM Spyder and is actually considering a 1 week trip with me but states no camping.

Hopefully when the weather gets a bit better I can catch up with you guys on a few runs.

Welcome Jeff!

I too plan on riding up east this summer. www.ridemsta.com has there national event in Vermont the end of June. After I hope to ride up to Nova Scotia. You can find info on the Events tab of this forum.

You didn't say where in SC you live... <poke> I guess really you don't have to either... <grin> I live in Morganton, NC right where so many great rides seem to start! <thumb>

I too had an FJR... great bikes!

Hope to get on a ride with you soon!

Welcome Jeff! Keep an eye on the upcoming rides section and we'll hopefully see you sooner than later though there probably isn't going to be much happening for the remainder of winter.

Any chance you were going down 226A on Sunday? Some guy on 2 wheels and his lady riding a spyder. If so I'm the guy that blew by you both.....twice.
Welcome
