Hello all, I'm Ed Henderson; live j-u-s-t over the Union County line in Weddington, with my wife Lynn (who also rides). I'll be 59 this coming February, currently enjoying retirement although who knows how long it'll last. Bought my first motorcycle in 1973: ...and raised Hell on it for several years, then took a hiatus from riding until 1998. Have been mostly a "sportbike"-oriented rider since then until recently, but now coming to recognize the joys of long suspension travel and an upright riding posture. Presently own two Suzukis- an '07 SV1000S with a few random mods, and a cobbled-together '98 Bandit 1200. Comm setup: Sena SMH10 on the helmet, SR10 radio interface, Icom F4011 GMRS.

Wow. I am speechless Ed. An angry young Peter Fonda with his Sportster, long hair blowing in the breeze. I LIKE it. Who else among us has some "old moto pics" to share? Brick, I know you rode a hardtail coast to coast back in '46--surely you have a few???

Ok... Ed... I was only born in '46 and I did ride a '56 Pan Head per coast to coast in 1973. All my photo's of that era are film so I guess I need to dig them up and scan some in... I'll try to do that sometime.
