Drive Sunday 6-19

So far, it's Tom, Lee, and myself heading up in the hills Sunday for some spirited 4-wheeled twisty-straightening. Welcome to anyone else who wants to go! <olfart>

Tom and I had a fun romp thru the hills, unfortunately Lee caught a cold and bailed. Hope you're better by now.

So we drove 181, BRP, lunch at Helen's in Bakersville (don't bother), Fork Mtn/Harrell Hill/197/Double Island and took 80 back down the mtn (nice run, most traffic heading UP).

Stopped for a break along Double Island--->>

BTW Double Island was pretty clean, there was brand new double-yellow lines the entire way. <dope>

On the other hand, Big Brush Crk was a major gravel-fest. You could repave it with the crap spread all over it.
