Maybe some wood-fired pizza in Burnsville.

OK, so far its us 3, plus Dan's a maybe if he can get away later on. Don't forget to charge up the Sena gizmos--be careful with the micro-USB port on the Meshport, mine is a very tight fit plus its difficult to tell its orientation.

Lee, Tom, and I had a nice romp up NC80 and Double Island with lunch at Old Home Place (pizza as usual). Then down Crabtree crk, 226A and 126 back to MoTown. I forgot to take pics! Will do so next ride!

I think I'd like to ride to the Ssssnake next time and ride the entire thing all the way to Holston Lake and back. We can stick to the "better roads" to get over to the Mtn City area--would be worth it, no? <olfart>

Then, when back to Mtn City from the Snake, take Forge Creek/Big Laurel over to connect at NC88 and enjoy that little jewel.

Since this looks like it's going to be A Thing I ordered some Koni replacement struts and shocks. Though it creeps up slowly over time I'm sure what's on the car is worn out.

Right side old rear shock and front strut removed.

New Koni replacements...shiny!

With the wheels off I'm also replacing the brake fluid - an overdue job.

Gonna drive like a brand new car. Nice that you can do this yourself--no telling what the labor charge would be. Any of the old shocks leaking?
